Thanks for the mention!

Actually, our release is scheculed for December of 2017. However, we just kicked of Stage One of the Alpha/Early Access on September 19th, with our next build available on October 24th according to the current schedule.

We're 19 months into our development cycle, so closing in on the halfway point, more or less. We've got a crew of 17 working on the game, and I'm doing paperwork today to bring the 18th member into the trial phase to see if they end up panning out.

We've been called the spiritual successor to EverQuest by few people, but I actually think Pantheon is more of that, especially with the names involved. We're more of a blending of D&D, EQ, and the best elements of the single-player Elder Scrolls titles.

The main thing to know is that we're a group-based game with zero quest hubs, no mini maps, a massive world to explore, with zones that are meant to last weeks to months as you work your way from the entry to the depths, and a skill-based rather than level-based character creation system, where you can create the "class" you want through skill combinations.

We're having a blast Thanks for mentioning us! And if anyone has questions, they can find a boatload of answers at our new forums, or ask me here and I'll try to answer during my circuits (I make the rounds at a couple dozen forums per day as I find backlinks linking back to our site).
