Long ago, I had an idea similar to this one (Freeport vs. Qeynos), but it was limited to Antonica only, and the hottest claim on the map was Highhold Keep.
I'm not too knowledged about this server- but with my idea, everyone started at level 30, there was no leveling, and items were the only things you could progress with. Full corpse loot keeps players from becoming too powerful and gives death a reasonable punishment, simple and fun quests give methods of gaining the items again after death.
Might I suggest the guildwar follow this pattern? Requiring players to level in a PvP game such as this one detracts from the fun and removes balance from the system.
