I believe I know the answer to your problem. Your base_data table likely only goes to level 85, so any levels beyond 85 don't have valid health or statistics.
Here is a link to my table structure and data, as well as my BaseData.txt that you will need to distribute to players. Mines goes to level 100, so as long as you don't go beyond that, everything should work just fine:
