It does not work in both RoF and UF clients. I have tried it in PoKnowledge, PoTranquility, Oasis, Nedaria, Cabilis East, Lake Rathetear and The Twilight Sea. I will check and see where all he tried. I tested in various spots both on the edge of the land, on docks and rocks if available. I have even tested moving further back from the shore. Tested in rivers and lakes.
