We have wind, but what is this ice thing of which you speak? Is it like the cubes we put in our drinks here as we sit in the sun by the ocean??
We do have multiple UPS but they last only so long. A 350VA on the cable modem, 425 on routers, and 850 on the computer that is running the website. The computer is good for about 30 minutes, the others keep our LAN (and internet usually) up for an hour or longer. Anything longer than that is usually rare around here.
