interesting... I set "Bots:AllowCamelCaseNames" to true... and this happens..
^botcreate Mybot 1 1 1 - Works
^botcreate Bob 1 1 1 - Does not work
^botcreate Bobbot 1 1 1 - Works

not sure but feels like a bug in that logic?
