I created my character, able to use and create bots.. yay x2
now, I've been searching the forums but no one has said the basics..
how do I edit server_rules? I'd like to change xp rates, run speeds, etc
I have Maria DB as per the windows install.. do i need to download a different program to see these tables? what do i do?
