There are actually quit a few tools to use..
WC's tool is still great for alot of stuff (slow though)
Kai has a spell editor, the new Item Editor we're releasing with the builds..
Theres a Quest Editor (quest structure will most likely change to a new format with version 0.4.2 or 0.4.3 since Wes has been working fiendishly on the new Quest parsing engine). We'll try to make it backwards compatible for those that have a bunch of quests already in the old format.
