Crap. I should have specified in my OP that its the spell SCROLL that isnt showing up. Not the actual spell itself. I can put the "spell" into peoples spellbook via the DB, but what I cant create in game even if I do a "#fi" (find item "itemname") it still shows 0 results.
The spell works fine when its in a spellbook, that I have to put into characters spellbooks manually, what I am trying to do is get it to appear in scroll form so people can scribe it themselves.
Sorry about the confusion and I will edit my OP for more clarification.
