I realise there was a run-time error that kept doing an "ActiveX can't create object" blah. I have fixed that (It was a .dll referencing bug) and have also been working out all the kinks with the .ini detection, error handling, ect...
Anyway, the new link is below and this time it *should* work, lol.
**Edit: I uploaded it to a faster and more stable server. Also I have removed the source, since me and Imaginator are doing a complete redesign of how it connects to MySQL(ODBC will not longer be required)**
