1017 on LAN via Spire
Can you tell me which edits you made? I'm trying to get my LAN server going and I'm getting the same 1017 error on both external client machines and a client running on the same machine as server.
Their eqhost.txt's are the ipv4 of the server machines
Spire is listing the World LAN address as the server machine's ipv4 (not default 127.0.0.1)
the tcp.ip address is the ipv4 of the server machine
my netstat search shows both ports 5998 and 9001 listening to the ipv4 of the server machine.
all clients can get through the login server, but neither can connect to world server.
