Try Casual Dreams. It's a solo server in the sense that you use an insta-cast complete heal potion (and insta-cast spurn affliction potion) to solo through literally everything. I remember getting all the way to PoP with relative ease. The issue i started having was with how fast you gain AA xp, and with how long some boss battles in PoP took. Never felt like i was in danger; it's just that the boss battles felt drawn out. But that could have just been me and my playstyle.
Also, Imperium wasn't bad, but I felt like you really needed to duo on the server to get anywhere.
The server i miss most is Irreverent Server. That was a true solo server. Good times...
