http://cecugfile.net/ and download the 4.2 binary and the addon... copy the db.sql from the binary, paste it in your mysql/bin/, and source that in mysql. then extract the addon to the bin and run the install.bat, and don't forget to set your account status to 200 if you're using minilogin afterwards
it should work... i've done it for myself and another comp.
you might come up with another problem after you get the database working... it's you crashing to desktop after you try entering the world, but you can fix that by adding a 0 in your lsaccountsid by using the admin 3.8
