Same problem
run-time error '-2147287038 (80030002)
file C:/program files/sony/everquest trilogy/patcher.dat cannot be found.
Was working before, and was playing on forever hacking.
Logged off, did some RL stuff, then came back on to mess around before work, and no longer worked. This was about 10 or so hours ago.

Also note, it is in the correct path, as it was before. I uninstalled, downloaded, and reinstalled. Still doesn't work.
