A few Qs.
Not being able to use the emlator yet I was wondering if you can do this stuff
1)Asign 250 to a skill(or whatever #) even if your class doesn't have it,then be able to use it.
2)Asign 250 to a skill if your class has it but you're not high enough level yet.
