You need this as your eqhost.txt file:

[Registration Servers]
{
"eqlogin.gotfrags.com:5997"
}

[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin.gotfrags.com:5997"
}


After which, run the following command from a command prompt:

eqgame patchme
