download zip file from
(some mod thought putting up a fucking disgusting link would be cute) and unzip into eq folder overwriting files when it asks and you can then run the emulator. A buddy (thanks hitman!) gave me the file because I had patched eqlive and forgot to make a backup! Worked like a charm
