If you connect to the internet, you have an email address. I have never seen an ISP that provides you an Internet connection, but does not give you an email address with it.
Call your ISP, ask for the username/password for the email account they set you up, and use it.
We do that so people have to use their own email addresses so we can keep better tabs on the # of accounts, and try to keep people as honest as possible about not registering 20 accounts.
