If you use EqAdmin, you can just change your zone in the database from cshome to whatever zone you choose and you will have all your gear.
Earlier today when I got stuck in Akheva, I changed my current zone in the database using EqAdmin to Oasis at the zone-in point. It worked like a charm, when I logged in, I was in Oasis. If you are not the serverOp and don't have access to the db, you may be SOL.
