6:15!!! wow that getting pretty tight. But I guess not bad for repeater issues. I have a 10 minute time limit actually. Average call about 5-7. When I worked for Symantec supporting norton antivirus platinum corperate products they gave us 30 minutes per call!!!
Those were the days, but unfortunatly the calls averaged from 15-18 minutes. except of course on mailissa weekend I must of stuck my nose into more then 80 exchange servers doing the same fix over and over. Average calls were like 6 minutes then. Thank goodness im not there anymore, although they are an awsome company to work for. You get free soda's popcorn and videogames in the break room, in house health club and free parking
