Odine, a lot of databases are good, but none are complete. Drawde's continuing work is usually your best bet. He updates it pretty regularly, and his content is very pristine (not too many duplicate spawns, etc.). He's working on a new upgrade, which he will distribute when he's done. As far as dots not working because of time, I don't think they work to begin with
Lots of stuff needs work. If you look at the developer's forum, there are tons of things to sign up for and fix.
