I've red all the posts and help files and I'm still getting nowhere

When I try to connect my server I get this

When I try to run a mini login it will show the server 0.4.3 NTRPG but when anyone trys to connect it gives a 1017 error. Exceot for the host computer itself.

Im running Windows XP pro
EQEMu version 0.4.3.
