All the commands which you are able to do is located in the readme on the main page, commands include summoning any item you want, zoning to any zone, lvling to whatever lvl you want, etc... etc.... etc... I honostly think EQEmu is alot better than EQLive, there is unlimited possibilities!
So to answer your question, yes, you can do whatever you want, you can see all "4 corners of norrath"
