I was looking through eqgame.exe to see if I could figure out how to get hateplaneb to work when I ran across "Veksar" in the string table. We all know Veksar was initially planned for, but was not released...
Until now.
Server Ops: Insert a new row into the zone table with:

long_name = ? (i put "city of veksar")
safe x, y, z = -68, 51, -26
zoneidnumber = 109
Other players: Download Veksar from EQLive and then join a server that has put Veksar in this table. Merth's Florida has it.
