This is a great idea. Nonusers would.... ummm.... slow it all down and use unwanted space server side.
I also blame my low-post rate on school being in. Now that I am free, and have no life, I plan to post. Lets hope there are some good topics in the "off topic" section. Seen some really good debates there! =-D
