Yeah, he pissed him off by laying down the law that you are not supposed to post support questions in the general EQEMU forum, and locked his posts. That's like spanking a kid for eating all the cookies right before dinner.
As for picking on AOL "lusers", it's a stereotype that may not be earned by all. It's probably not appropriate, but I don't think he was trying to insult all AOL users.
