Default OpenZone 1.8

I know it's ony been a day since 1.7, but this one is fairly important...

1. Added a small but very important tweak to the way ground texture coordinates are set when creating a new zone or editing the ground. It's important for getting things like roads and special textures to properly line up.

2. Added Edit...Translate to the main menu. You can use Shift-click or Ctrl-click on the treeview to select multiple objects and use this feature to move them all.
