Actually....
I can log into any of ther servers on Eqemu and play them without a problem, including my own. This doesn't have anything to do with the 'uspeakable fix'. I'm pass that problem.
This has to do with the fact that I get 1017 errors when using the minilogin prog when trying to connect locally. I am sure there is something I haven't setup right, possibly an IP address in a file somewhere that I've overlooked. I've edited the loginserver.ini, boot5zone.bat, eqhost.txt. and have created a miniloginaccounts.ini.
The miniloginaccounts.ini looks like this:
# Max 200 lines total (including comments and blank lines)
# Blank lines may mess up the line # reported in error messages
#
localhost username password
What file have have I overlooked? I've edited the above files using localhost as well as the standard local IP address of 127.0.0.1.
