Until very recently I wasn't buying music at all. I refused to pay 10 to 20 dollars for a cd that had at most 2 songs that were good. Now there are alternatives. I know most of my friends got the same way, they should have better researched their declining sales. I don't think file sharing is as responsible as record labels piling crap on a cd with 2 good songs.
