i think what they really should do instead of outlawing file shareing completely would be letting people download like 2 or 3 songs off of a cd to kinda test out the cd see if tis worth buying. and have a deletion disclaimer like most roms do. if you dont delet it within x ammount of time its your ass in your own hands.
