Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what is "EQEmu mouse" ? I have been around here for a while but don't recall seeing this mentioned before.

.MSI is a Microsoft Installer file I think.

Right-Click on the icon ... what does it say in the 'Target Field' ?

EDIT: Ah, just saw Merth's reply to your original post, saying there is no 'EQEmu Mouse'. Where did you download this mysterious file ?

EDIT2: Ah, Ok I get it now, a certain word is automatically translated by the board into 'Mouse'
