This might solve a lot of error 10061 problems
I was using Winipcfg.exe in the c:\windows directory to find my ip. Instead use winmysqladmin.exe in your c:\mysql\bin\ folder.
In winmysqladmin look under the Environment tab, then look in the field Local IP Address. Using this IP should solve your problems. This probally fixes about 80% of the 10061 login problems for gotfrags.com. Not using the minilogin.
