Not exactly start_zones table in the database holds the information for each class race diety combination so when you create a new caracter the server op can determin where he/she wants this new caracter to log in at. for example a erudite necro would not start in erudin, but would start in front of his guildmaster in paineel ect. TCS's database does not yet hold this information as i have been given the task of adding this. Furthermore the code in 5.0 dosent work with the current table format. my suggestion to you on this error is just ignor it for now untill the fix is live and the new version of the db is released that supports the fix.
