About you question with the CC I have been scouring it for a week looking for that very info.
Somthing intresting however and it may help if you. Go to the spawngroup table and scroll down to whare the group names are catorgorised by zone your spawn should be there for instance my test spawn read
id name
190510 Steamfont-Fuzmut00
Now you know an ID to your spawn at least
But how to change its HP in the database im at a loss for.
Another intresting note eqadmin 4.7 seems to be able to read some parts of the 5.0 database im not sure if it can be used for your purpuses or not youll have to try it.
make sure if you do you have minilogin running (hehe took me a while to figure that one out)
and click through all the error messeges and you should be able to acess you eq database but im not sure as to the functionality.
