Even if the computer continues to run without clicking accept, the logs they mention would most likely report failure to watch.

Luckily if you signed up for it, and change your mind, you have 14 days to do so.
They can't rely on the user being online to submit data. Some people don't have Internet and can have ordered it from a friend's house, or they may have lost Internet access after ordering the box.
