Just make sure they don't have a firewall that doesn't allow access to games.
I stepped right into that one, never knew about it until I moved into the dorm, setup my computer and couldn't log into EQ. Took me a while to figure out why, sigh...
3 years, 6 months later and I find out about this EQ server emulator, 6 months more, and I am free again...
Rather lame.
