Even though I don't have proof it's certain to say that there are none.
Current DBs are populated using the data from the live servers (you can't do them memory after all or make them up). Since there's no classic live server, it's not possible to collect data from it.
If you still have a list of all classic zone with all mobs, their position, loot, etc... go ahead and make a DB, but I'm sure you don't.
Recreating Split Paw might be doable, though time consuming. Recreating the whole classic world
could be possible (lots of research neccessary, probably a few old websites still around), but it's definately not worth the effort.
