Sorry, but I doubt any of your options will come true. Should there be 5+ No's...I really don't think he will be allowed back. He admitted to wanting to download programs onto another persons computer without their knowledge, and use it maliciously. He also said it could run any program, not just Diablo 2 hacks. That alone is enough reason for a ban.
