Just thought this might be good to inform the World Building folks of. For the 5th Anniversary of EverQuest, SOE has reactivated every single account(Except those that got banned) that had been previously closed. The official announcement can be found here:

So, until the 15th of April, everyone who's ever had an account has an opportunity to packet collect on the Live servers.
