Ok Listen closely, no matter how well you think you have things set up.. If you cannot log into ANYONE's server using the eqhost.txt file, and uptodate client, then there is a problem with your router, or firewall, or you typed the eqhost.txt WRONG, or your ISP wont allow you through that port, or somethint to that nature........ There are only so many things it can be that cause you to not connect to the loginserver....
The freezing problem is something else. You either dont have DX9 installed, or have outdated drivers or something that is amiss on your system... Try repatching EQLive...
