I wasnt flaming your post, just that common sense would tell you that just saying you are getting 1017 is TOTALLY not enough info to go by to help you solve your problem...

Everything looks good in your server set-up. When did you patch EQLive last? If you havent patched for a while you may have to to make it compatible with your server....

If you have patched, then you are having a NAT issue... If you have a router, you will need to forward you internal IP to your external IP... Meaning you need to tell your router that everytime a call is made to your external IP address from someone's EQ client (including yours), that it will actually be led to or connected to your internal IP for the pc that has the server on it... Or in other words your router will trick the client into thinking that your internal IP address is actually your external IP address instead....
