Error #1017 , i tried everything i read on this thread and im still stumped
OK , i seemd to fix it, here is what i did for further reference.....
When i turned off my Firewall, my external isp was changed. Doing so i had to go back and get my new changed isp with no firewalls and redid the db.ini,loginserver.ini,and boot5zones.bat
