Not without more detail, no.
I'm guessing you have the same IP address in your boot5zones.bat for the loginserver and the world server. The first IP should be your external one, the second one should be your internal one.
Was it you who couldn't figure out your internal IP? If you can't, you can always use 127.0.0.1 - that's a loopback that always goes to you.
