You're not. Once you have a version that works with EQEMu. Right now though, EQEMu requires the latest version of EQ Live to work.
In the future though, as EQ Live continues to get patched, you don't want to get those patches until the EQEMu Devs (God bless their little hearts
) have had a chance to get it working with EQEMu again.
