Have you made any changes to your Binaries (Zone.exe, World.exe, MiniLogin.exe, EMuShareMem.dll), the INIs (db.ini, LoginServer.ini, MiniLoginAccounts.ini, eqhost.txt), or your DB?
Have you patched recently?
If the answers to all thes questions are "no" (well, even if they're "yes"), post the output of all your stuffs (Binaries, and INIs) here and we'll take a look at it.
