I was wondering if there is a program similar to this

(It goes onto your website and says when your server is up or down, what map it is on, how many players are there, and how much kills they have for counter-strike)
But as an EQEmu version? like what they have here

I need something that will say when my server is Up, locked or not, and how many players on it if possible
or if anyone knows how to do it in html if you could please post the format?
