ok i got the new eqhost text now what?

ok i loaded[LoginServer]
Host=eqemulator.net:5995 the new eqhost..right?
now when i hit my patchme short cut i get to the login type in my password and slam im back to desktop what gives, or i get to server screen and , no servers then it kicks me to desk top, HELP if anyone can tell me a detailed thingy cause ive loaded several eqhost texts and none work not even the one i stated above please help
