Coincidentally, imho the best deal to sign up for is Ebay - You just register with a cc#, bid on an auction that you are guaranteed to lose (Athlon64 for 1.99, 6 days left on auction) and the offer is completed. You dont have to win, you just have to bid on something. And its so easy to find auctions that will gather tons of bids.
