Best zone hands down. They get all the best crap. It looks like a Rome Temple and leads into a huge meeting place. Off to the right is what I would assume to be vendors for all the GM items. Off to the left and down the stairs is a huge PVP arena. If you go past the meeting room there is a nice pool in the back. Pretty much everything you want is there. Now you know why they hang around there so much.
