I date them for the day that I compile them, not for the day of the release, 9 times out of 10 it is the next day before they hit CVS anyway, so the Changelog is the day the updates were done, and the file name is the day I compiled the source code. So 10-23 is not really dont twice. Just look UNDER the file links for the changelog that goes with that file
